Log Files
Like most standard web servers, we use log files to administer our site, improve our product selection and the effectiveness of our site, analyze user trends, and measure the performance of our marketing partners. Your Account with Us
Logging In
Anyone using the web can enter Pure Bamboo.com, but in order to make a purchase, a user must first log in. During login, a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). Logging in involves creating a username and password, which allows access to a personal account with purchase history and other information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your ZIP code), or if you no longer desire our services, we provide a way to correct, update, or remove that personal data. We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms of use, including providing us with false information.
Shopping Online with Us
Pure Bamboo reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Pure Bamboo.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.
Taxes
Pure Bamboo.com will withhold sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location within the State of California. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales tax imposed will be that of the State of California, or 8.25%.
User Requirements
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing Pure Bamboo.com with accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order. If you are under 18, you may use Pure Bamboo.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Necessary Information
On our order forms, we request additional information from you: contact information (such as name, billing and shipping addresses) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, this information is used to get in touch with you.
Security
This website takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our login/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take measures to protect user information off-line. Because our websites are an extension of Pure Bamboo, a retail store, the store and online inventory and customer databases are linked. However, we do not store credit card numbers from online transactions. Access to the customer database is limited to those employees with a need to perform specific functions (such as shipping, order transaction, customer service, billing) and each access is password protected.

Customer Service
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, Pure Bamboo.com will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.
Pure Bamboo.com does not ship purchases immediately to registrants but instead will hold purchases in a credit account pending registrants’ final confirmation of purchase decisions. At their direction, we may ship accumulated purchases in aggregated shipments.
Returns
Merchandise purchased from Pure Bamboo.com may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days. Please include original packaging and invoice. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email. For all non defective items a 20% restocking fee may apply. All cancellations may be applied anytime prior to shipping. Must contact company immediately.

Special Orders
Special orders are not cancellable and are not returnable, for credit or for refund. Items that are special orders are clearly noted as such, and customers are required to sign (or click in agreement) to a waiver specifying their understanding and agreement with these terms.
Communication from Us
Emails
We send all new members a "welcome" email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on new products or activities at the store or website, or other information we think may be of interest. Please note that Pure Bamboo will never share your email address with anyone.
Site and Service Updates
We also send our members site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service.
Privacy Policy
We promise responsible handling of sensitive customer information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website, www.PureBamboo.com.
Information Collection and Use
Pure Bamboo is the sole owner of the information collected on Pure Bamboo.com. The information is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third party agents to perform certain functions for us, such as credit card processing, delivering packages, fulfilling orders, or analyzing data.
